Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature. If you would like delivery with signature, an additional fee applies—please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal charges. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay shipping fees for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with parcels containing fragile items.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Except in the case of an error on our part or a damaged product, the costs and risks associated with returning items are the customer’s responsibility.

How much time do I have to make a return or exchange?

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

After this period, any request may be refused. Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, clean and complete. Any damaged, incomplete, or used product cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How do I return an item?

1. Contact us

First, inform our customer service team of your intention to return one or more items. You can write to us at: [email protected] or make the request directly from your customer account under “My Account”. Please make sure to include your order number to facilitate processing.

2. Return your items

Once your request is approved, send the products to the following address:

The products must be carefully packaged, in their original condition and suitable for resale. Custom items made to the customer’s request (for example, engraved products) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

3. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the products, we will process your refund via the same payment method used for the order. Processing may take a few days, not including shipping fees.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, the refund is usually visible in your bank account within 10 to 14 days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
