PREAMBULE AND DEFINITIONS

Products sold by pacific-compagnie.com on its website are exclusively reserved for individuals who contract in that capacity with the company compagnie.net-pacific. pacific-compagnie.com society presents the products on its site with the necessary purchasing information pursuant to Article L-111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides the opportunity for consumers to be informed of the characteristics of the products offered before finalization of the order. The submissions made by the company pacific-compagnie.com are only valid within the limits of available stock. pacific-compagnie.com will endeavor to process all orders. Information indicating the product is unavailable or backordered may be visible on the site www.pacificcompagnie.net. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, pacific-compagnie.com will inform the customer by e-mail or phone of the partial delivery of the order or cancellation thereof. PRICE
Prices shown (rate base in October 2006) on the site PACIFIC COMPAGNIE.NET are inclusive of all taxes (VAT) plus delivery and can be changed at any time without notice. Shipping fees are specified in the cart and confirmed during order validation. Shipping fees are charged at the end of the order and are added to the price of goods ordered.
ORDERING PROCEDURES
Data provided by the customer and recorded by pacific-compagnie.com when ordering constitute proof of the transaction between pacific-compagnie.com and the client. After confirming the order by the customer, pacific-compagnie.com will send a confirmation e-mail to the client to notify them that the order has been registered. A detailed invoice will be given upon delivery of products, printable from your customer account. pacific-compagnie.com reserves the right to refuse delivery or to not honor an order where the customer has not paid all or part of a previous order, or if a payment dispute remains.
SECURE PAYMENT
The payment of purchases shall be made using a credit card, online secure payment, or check. Credit cards accepted are: VISA, Eurocard and Mastercard. The customer's bank account will be debited at the end of a period of 3 days following the date of the order and it will become effective upon confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment center. In case of refusal by the bank, the order will be canceled and the customer will be notified by e-mail. DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the address specified during the ordering process. All shipping and handling fees include taxes. Deliveries are made by an authorized carrier within an average of three weeks of your order. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
The phrase “satisfaction or money back” applies to all sales, seven days from the date of delivery pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Code, Article L. 121-20, unless otherwise specified on the day of sale. This right is exercised by returning the product to pacific-compagnie.com, the shipping costs being the responsibility the customer. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged in conditions that exceed its simple opening, will not be refunded or partially refunded.
