It is meticulously hand-carved in mahogany black satin finish.

The abstract relief of the façade and sides is encrusted with gold leaf.

A double door opens to the mirrored interior,

where a drawer serves as a bar for concocting delicious cocktails.

Inside the doors, suspended compartments provide space for

glasses and crystal champagne flutes from past centuries,

when permanent luxury was an unquestioned

feature of all the most sumptuous soirées.
